Terms of Use

The rules and responsibilities that apply when using Visora.

Last updated: August 14, 2026

1. Acceptance and eligibility

These Terms form an agreement between you and the Visora team. By downloading, accessing or using Visora, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 13 and legally able to enter this agreement. Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies where required by the App Store terms.

2. The service

Visora lets you select photos, choose styles or environments and create AI-generated images. Features, styles and availability may change. AI output is probabilistic: results can vary, may contain errors and may not match a request exactly.

3. Access and accounts

Some features may be available without an account, while others may require purchase verification or other access information. You are responsible for keeping your device and any access credentials secure and for activity that takes place through your access to the app.

4. Photos and your responsibilities

You retain your rights in photos you upload. You confirm that you own each photo or have all permissions needed to upload and process it. Do not upload another person’s photograph without their permission or upload content that violates privacy, publicity, copyright or other rights.

5. Permission to process content

You grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, transmit, modify and process uploaded content only as needed to provide, secure and maintain Visora. This licence ends when the content is no longer needed for those purposes, subject to reasonable technical and legal retention requirements described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Generated content

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and share images generated for you. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using or publishing them. Outputs may resemble other content or people, and similar outputs may be generated for other users.

7. Prohibited use

  • Illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, defamatory, harassing or abusive activity.
  • Non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual content involving minors, exploitation or impersonation intended to deceive.
  • Uploading content without the required rights or consent.
  • Reverse engineering, disrupting, scraping or circumventing the app’s access controls.
  • Using outputs to make high-impact decisions about another person without appropriate human review and legal authority.

8. Intellectual property

The app, Visora brand, interface, software and associated materials belong to the Visora team or its licensors. These Terms do not transfer those rights to you or permit use of our branding without permission.

9. Subscriptions, trials and billing

Paid features may be offered through auto-renewing subscriptions or one-time purchases billed by Apple. Price, duration, renewal and any trial terms are shown before you confirm a purchase. Subscriptions renew unless cancelled through your Apple ID subscription settings before the current period ends. Eligible purchases can be restored through the app. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com.

10. Availability and changes

We do not promise uninterrupted availability. We may update, suspend or discontinue features, and may limit or terminate access when these Terms are breached, where the service is misused, or where required for security or legal reasons.

11. Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by law, Visora is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee that outputs will be error-free, accurate or suitable for every purpose. Nothing in these Terms excludes consumer rights or warranties that cannot legally be excluded.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Visora team is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, or loss of data, profits or goodwill arising from use of the app. Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid for Visora during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where the Visora service is operated, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available in the country where you live. Courts with lawful jurisdiction may hear disputes that cannot be resolved informally.

14. Changes and support

We may update these Terms to reflect product, legal or operational changes. The revised version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date. Questions about these Terms can be submitted through the support form on the Visora website.
