5. Face Analysis and On-Server Processing

Twinly uses automated facial analysis to compare the face in your photo with reference images. This processing happens on our servers. The uploaded image and face-related data are processed for the purpose of generating the comparison result. The final comparison output is stored only on your device and is not stored on Twinly servers.

The reference images used for comparison are freely licensed images sourced from Wikimedia Commons and are used only as comparison images for the app's functionality.

6. Storage, Retention, and Deletion

Twinly does not store the final comparison result on our servers. The result is stored only on your device. Uploaded images and face-related data are used to produce the comparison result and are not retained on our servers beyond what is needed to complete the comparison. The comparison result remains on your device until you delete the app or remove the data yourself from your device.

7. Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell your personal information. We also do not share your face data, photos, or comparison results with third parties. Your uploaded photo and face data are sent only to our servers to perform the comparison feature and are not shared with external services for advertising, resale, or unrelated processing.

• You can choose whether to use the camera or photo access features in the app.
• You can remove any locally stored app data by deleting the app from your device.
