6. Apple App Store Terms

If you downloaded Twinly from the Apple App Store, or if you use any Apple-hosted download, update, or purchase flow, Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies to that download and use. If these Terms conflict with Apple's applicable App Store terms, Apple's terms control to the extent of the conflict.

We may suspend or terminate access to Twinly if we believe you have violated these Terms or are using the service in a harmful way.

Twinly is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
