Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the Services and support requests you submit. Baby Generator is operated by Karim Abdelcadir. It does not cover services that you access independently, including Apple's App Store or a social network through which you choose to share a result.

The information processed depends on the features you use:

• Source photos. The photos of Mum, Dad, or other adults that you select for a requested generation.
• Generated content. Baby images, variations, thumbnails, generation identifiers, and related settings created at your request.
• App and device information. App version, device model, operating-system version, language, coarse region, timestamps, and technical events needed to operate, secure, and improve the Services.
• Purchase information. Apple may provide product, transaction, subscription-status, entitlement, expiration, and restore information. We do not receive full payment-card details.
• Diagnostics. Crash reports and performance information that Apple or our technical providers make available, depending on your settings.
• Support information. Your name, email address, user identifier, request category, message, and any details you choose to provide.
• Website information. IP address, browser or device type, approximate region, referring page, pages viewed, and interaction events processed by our hosting and analytics providers.

When you request a result, the selected source photos are securely transmitted to our systems and AI-processing provider for the sole purpose of completing that generation. The system analyses visible facial characteristics and returns synthetic output. The result is an imaginative visualisation, not a genetic or medical prediction.

We do not permanently store source photos after generation. They are held only transiently for processing and removed after the request completes, except for short-lived encrypted caches, security logs that do not contain the photo itself, or retention required by law. We do not use source photos to identify people, build advertising profiles, or train our own or third-party general-purpose AI models.

• Provide requested generations, variations, galleries, saving, sharing, and other app features.
• Verify purchases, restore entitlements, administer trials or subscriptions, and prevent fraud.
• Operate, secure, troubleshoot, measure, and improve the Services.
• Respond to support, privacy, safety, and legal requests.
• Enforce our Terms and comply with applicable law.

We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.

Where applicable law requires a legal basis, we process information to perform our contract with you when providing a requested generation or paid feature; with consent when you select and upload photos or permit optional analytics; for legitimate interests in security, support, fraud prevention, and service improvement; and to comply with legal obligations. You may withdraw consent at any time, although that does not affect earlier lawful processing.

We disclose information only as needed to:

• AI-processing and cloud providers that transiently receive source photos and generation parameters to create requested results under contractual confidentiality and data-use restrictions.
• Apple for App Store distribution, purchases, subscription management, device services, and diagnostics.
• Hosting, email, security, and analytics providers that operate the website, deliver support requests, prevent abuse, and measure performance.
• Authorities, professional advisers, or a successor organisation when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights or safety, address fraud, or complete a corporate transaction subject to appropriate safeguards.

When you choose to save or share a generated image, your device and the destination you select handle that copy under their own terms.

• Source photos are processed transiently and are not permanently retained by us after generation, subject to the limited exceptions in section 03.
• Generated images saved to your device remain there until you delete them. If an app gallery uses our storage, generated results and associated identifiers are kept only while needed to provide that gallery or until you delete them or your account, subject to backup and legal-retention periods.
• Purchase records may be kept while an entitlement is active and as needed for accounting, disputes, fraud prevention, and law.
• Support records are generally retained for up to 24 months after resolution, unless longer retention is needed for security, disputes, or legal compliance.
• Diagnostics, analytics, and server logs are kept according to provider settings for the shortest reasonably necessary period.

Request deletion through the support form. We may need to verify your request. Content held independently by Apple or a sharing destination must be managed through that service.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or an objection to certain processing; withdraw consent; opt out of certain sharing; or appeal a decision. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. We will not discriminate against you for exercising a privacy right. Submit requests through Support.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organisational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted transport and access controls. No system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. Protect access to your device and avoid submitting sensitive information through support.

The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children under 13 or the higher minimum age required by local law. Adults may generate an imaginative baby image, but must not upload photos of a child. If we learn that a child submitted personal information or that prohibited child imagery was uploaded, we will take reasonable steps to delete it. Contact us through Support with concerns.

Providers may process information in countries other than where you live. Where required, we use recognised transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, and require appropriate protection.

We may update this policy as the Services or law changes. We will post the revised policy, update the effective date, and provide additional notice where required. For questions or privacy requests, use the Baby Generator support form.
