Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. The Services are intended for adults and are not directed to children. You may not allow a child to submit photos or personal information through the Services.

Baby Generator provides fictional, AI-generated entertainment. Results are creative possibilities based on visible elements in supplied photos. They do not predict genetics, pregnancy, fertility, parentage, health, sex, gender identity, development, or the real appearance of any current or future child.

Do not rely on the Services for medical, genetic, reproductive, legal, or other consequential decisions. Consult a qualified professional for advice in those areas.

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the App on Apple-branded products that you own or control as permitted by the Apple Media Services Usage Rules. Family Sharing or volume purchasing may apply where Apple permits it. No ownership interest is transferred.

You retain rights in photos you upload. You grant us and our contracted processors a limited, worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, transmit, reproduce, analyse, and transform those photos solely to provide the generation you request, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. This licence ends when processing and any permitted retention ends.

You represent that each person shown is an adult, that you own the photo or have all necessary rights, and that every identifiable person has consented to the upload and AI processing. Do not upload photos of children, strangers, public figures without permission, or anyone who has not consented.

Subject to applicable law and third-party rights, you may use and share generated results for personal, lawful purposes. AI output may resemble other people, contain artefacts, be inaccurate, or be similar to output created for others. We do not guarantee uniqueness or that intellectual-property rights arise in generated content. You are responsible for how you label, use, and share it.

You may not use the Services or results to:

• Harass, impersonate, defame, deceive, exploit, shame, discriminate against, or invade the privacy of another person.
• Create sexual, abusive, exploitative, hateful, violent, unlawful, or otherwise harmful content, especially content involving minors.
• Misrepresent output as a real photograph, actual child, scientifically reliable prediction, evidence of parentage, or professional advice.
• Train facial-recognition systems, identify a person, make eligibility decisions, or infer sensitive traits.
• Infringe privacy, publicity, copyright, trademark, or other rights.
• Reverse engineer, copy, resell, scrape, overload, disrupt, or bypass security, safety, usage, or purchase controls except where law expressly permits.

We may use automated or manual safeguards to detect misuse, reject a generation, limit access, or investigate reported content. Safeguards are not perfect and do not shift responsibility for your content or conduct to us. Report concerns through Support.

Premium generations, subscriptions, credits, free trials, or one-time purchases may be offered. Price, billing period, included features, renewal terms, and trial conditions are shown before purchase. Apple processes transactions. Unless disclosed otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew until cancelled through your Apple Account at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in iOS Settings and restore eligible purchases in the App.

Unused virtual credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, and may expire only as disclosed at purchase. Apple handles billing and refund requests under its policies at reportaproblem.apple.com. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights.

Our Privacy Policy explains how information, including source photos and generated content, is processed. By using the Services, you acknowledge those practices. You remain responsible for obtaining consent before providing another person's photo.

The Services, including software, interfaces, branding, templates, text, graphics, and supplied assets, are owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable law. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, all rights are reserved. Feedback may be used without restriction or compensation, without identifying you.

The Services may depend on Apple, cloud infrastructure, AI-processing providers, analytics, and sharing destinations. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party products or services outside our control.

We may add, modify, limit, suspend, or discontinue features, models, generation limits, compatibility, or access. AI generation may fail, be delayed, or produce an unexpected result. We do not promise uninterrupted, secure, or error-free availability, but mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for a material breach, unlawful activity, harm to others, fraud, non-payment, security risk, or repeated attempts to bypass safeguards. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, and liability limits.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Services and results are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, realism, uniqueness, fitness for a particular purpose, merchantability, non-infringement, availability, or security. We do not warrant that output will meet your expectations. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; loss of data, opportunity, profits, or goodwill; emotional distress; or losses arising from uploaded photos, generated output, third-party sharing, or reliance on results. Our total liability for claims relating to the Services will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the Services during the 12 months before the claim or USD $50. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend and indemnify us against third-party claims, damages, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use, your photos or results, your violation of another person's rights, or your material breach of these Terms. This does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

These Terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the App, maintenance, support, and claims relating to it. Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support. If the App fails to conform to an applicable warranty, you may notify Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price, if any; to the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation.

Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them. Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Apple's terms control to the extent of a conflict.

You must comply with applicable laws and represent that you are not in a country subject to a United States Government embargo or on a prohibited-party list. Applicable law governs these Terms without depriving you of mandatory protections in your country of residence. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder stays effective. No waiver is continuing, and you may not assign these Terms without consent.

We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Services or law. Revised Terms will be posted with a new effective date, and additional notice or renewed agreement will be provided where required. Questions may be submitted through Support.
